Our Office

Dedicated to numerous branches of the civil and corporative areas, our practice is marked by close contact with our customers and built alongside them to offer customized and aligned answers to the issues in dispute.

We believe that every conflict, once initiated, demands focus and strategy to be positively resolved, though we do not ignore the potential that the arbitral and judicial routes have as to serve as means to an end in the prevention and resolution of conflicts. Therefore, the strategies for procedures and the solutions proposed by our team of lawyers and technical assistants are customized and thought step by step in light of all projected outcomes, with the persistent intention of covering both the preparatory phase of the dispute (in order to possibly avoid it entirely) and litigation phase, in which the previously structured strategic proceeding is put into practice.

It is thanks to our expertise/specialization and exclusive dedication to the practice of conflict prevention and resolution that this model is possible and has been proven successful for more than a decade. But there is another important element in this equation: our office proposes openly to accompany only a few cases each time, so that everyone can count on the highest attention of our professionals, which is notably rare nowadays in law practice. Therefore, not only we speak in a personalized, strategic practice close to the interests of our clients, but we actually practice such with the full involvement of the entire team in all cases, in order to enhance communication with costumers and stimulate strategic creativity for each situation.

Therefore, strategic advice, preparation of disputes and their solution in the proper sphere are the purposes of the Office, and in order to achieve that we seek daily and tirelessly to be creative, innovative and flexible, even in regard to structuring our costs and fees.
